• For those wishing to make donations to the campaign for both John and Tom, you must complete the Individual Contributor Form that you can download below. 

• Checks should be made out to: “Friends to Re-Elect Igneri & Livingston”.

• Those wishing to pay with a credit card, complete the same form including your credit card number, expiration date, type of card.
